Why only two products?
We would rather do two things properly than twenty half-way. Pure shilajit resin and pure beetroot powder, each tested batch by batch, with the certificates published.

Apollo Fitness is a British supplement company, registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office and operating from Birmingham, England.
We were built on one idea: if we are going to ask you to put something in your body every day, we should be able to prove exactly what is in it. Every claim on this site is backed by a document you can open and read yourself.
Two products, on purpose. Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin (30 g, about 60 servings) for energy, recovery and focus, and Beetroot Formula (200 g, 40 scoops), naturally rich in nitrates for blood flow before training. The bundle pairs them, which is how most of our customers take them.
British standards, independently checked. Trademark UK00004142330, filed 30 December 2024. Our handling and labelling passed a Birmingham City Council inspection with a 5-star hygiene rating, and every batch is third-party tested before it ships. Open the lab results.
How we deliver. Free delivery anywhere in Lebanon, and you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, normally within 1 to 3 working days. More than 30,000 customers have ordered from us; if something is not right, message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it.

What makes Apollo different?
Two products, nothing blended in. Our shilajit is the raw resin, not a powder or capsule, and our beetroot is 100% beetroot powder. Every batch is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory and the certificates are published in full. Apollo is run by Apollo Companies Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Which one should I start with?
Shilajit if you want steady daily energy and focus. Beetroot if your goal is training: stamina, blood flow and endurance. If you train regularly, most customers take both, and the bundle saves $10 on the pair.
Can I take shilajit and beetroot together?
Yes. They do different jobs at different times: shilajit in the morning, beetroot about twenty minutes before you train. See the how-to guide for the routine.
Are they halal and vegan?
Yes. Both are plant- and mineral-based with nothing of animal origin. The shilajit box is marked Halal, Vegan and Organic.
Is it safe to take every day?
Both are single-ingredient products meant for daily use at the dose on the pack. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition or take regular medication, ask your doctor before starting.
Shilajit
How do I take it?
Take half a gram once a day. The spoon in the box holds exactly that. Stir it into warm water, tea or coffee until it dissolves, or let it melt under your tongue.
How many servings are in a jar?
A 30 g jar gives up to 60 servings at half a gram a day, roughly two months.
When is the best time to take it?
Most people take it in the morning with or before breakfast. Taking it at the same time every day matters more than the exact time.
How long until I notice a difference?
It builds up with daily use. Give it two to four weeks before you judge it; everyone responds a little differently.
Can I take more than half a gram?
The suggested use is 0.25 to 0.5 g a day. Start low, and do not exceed the recommended dose printed on the box.
It is hard, or it is soft. Is that normal?
Yes. Real resin hardens in the cold and softens in the heat. In winter, warm the spoon for a few seconds or hold the jar in your hand.
What does it taste like?
Earthy, smoky and slightly bitter. Stirring it into tea, coffee or juice hides most of the taste.
How should I store it?
Keep the lid closed and store the jar somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sun. No need to refrigerate.
How is resin different from capsules or powder?
Resin is the purified, unprocessed form. Powders and capsules are often dried extracts or blends with fillers, and rarely publish a certificate. Ours measures 81.5% fulvic acid on the latest batch certificate.
Beetroot
How do I take it?
Mix one level 5 g scoop into about 250 ml of water, juice or a smoothie, and stir or shake well.
When should I take it?
About twenty minutes before you train. On rest days, take it with breakfast.
How many servings are in a pouch?
A 200 g pouch gives 40 servings at one 5 g scoop a day.
Is anything added?
No. It is 100% beetroot powder with no added sugar, colours or preservatives.
How much nitrate is in a scoop?
The current batch tests at 3.90% nitrate, about 195 mg in each 5 g scoop. The specification asks for at least 3.5%.
Will it turn things pink?
It can. Beetroot pigment sometimes colours urine or stool pink or red. It is harmless and passes within a day or two.
What does it taste like?
Earthy and slightly sweet. Cold orange or apple juice softens the taste if you don't like it in water.

Is every batch lab tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory before it ships, and the certificate is published. Open the lab results
What do you test for?
Shilajit: fulvic acid, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury) and microbiology. Beetroot: nitrate, nitrite, moisture, ash, heavy metals and microbiology.
How do I know my jar is genuine?
The batch number on your box matches a published certificate. Real resin is a dark, sticky paste that hardens in the cold and softens in your hand.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free everywhere in Lebanon.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 working days and delivered across Lebanon by Wakilni, usually within 3 working days of dispatch.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or by card online at checkout.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send us what you would like on WhatsApp and we confirm the order and deliver it, cash on delivery.
Do you ship outside Lebanon?
Yes. International orders ship with Royal Mail for a flat $18.99 and usually arrive in 7 to 21 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order is processed we can no longer change it.
What is your return policy?
You can return an unopened product in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Contact us first on WhatsApp or at help@apollofitness.store; returns sent without a request cannot be accepted. Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
